Visa 186 Business Plan

Employer Nomination Scheme Visa (Subclass 186)

The Subclass 186 (Employer Nominated Scheme) has three streams: Direct Entry, Transition, and Agreement. Each stream has its own specific requirements for eligibility, and the visa allows indefinite work and study in Australia, travel for 5 years, Medicare enrollment, and sponsorship of relatives. The visa is permanent, and applicants can apply for Australian Citizenship or Resident Return Visa after 5 years.

There is no business plan required for any of the streams under the Subclass 186 Visa unless there are specific business-related circumstances that need to be addressed in the application for the nomination of the employee.

Stand out from the crowd by presenting a powerful business plan with your Visa 186 application. Achieve your Australian dream with confidence.
